Hey Trev, thanks for the video. I have 2 projects to finish before I start on the typhoon. It really looks good in the video. Cant wait to get going on it. Thanks again, Dave 👍👍

Hi Mike
I can't take credit for the video.
It is from the web showing the Typhoon in Action.
Your Pond looks great. All of the ponds in my area are owned by the wealthy, they don't let the poor folk like me access 😭😭😭😭😭😭
I wish you and all of the Mates a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Hi Trev,
I think this avatar fits the holidays better than the terrified Captain Haddock at the moment . . . Thank you for cheering me on with this!
By the way, your video is amazing, I would love to have such a great puddle with an island in front of my door!
Have a great 2023!
Greetings from hobbyists Michel-Cl.
PS: This is our pond. On this day we had christening of some boats and as it is, the few drops fell from the sky (May 2022)

Good Luck with your Typhoon, Dave
I know you will do it Justice👍
It's a beautiful vessel. It's what got me started in the hobby.

Nice gift!
I'm sure she appreciates your love of the hobby.
And, if she was the recipient of the gift of diamonds, I'm guessing she came out on the better end of the gift exchange, LOL.
Congratulations on the great gift.

So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.
Hi Dave!
Wow! What a woman! Although I myself must not complain, because my wife acts in exactly the same way. If something is needed during the year, I am allowed to buy it, if she has a wish, it is also fulfilled. It's take and give. . . that's how it should be, and that's why we only give each other a small gift at Christmas, which must not exceed a certain agreed value!
Well then, dear Dave, get tinkering!!! Have fun and a happy new year to all of you on this channel!

Well the Misses did good...she got me a Dumas Typhoon! I have always wanted to build this boat so here we go. I am very lucky to have her and her support for my hobby. I also supported her love for diamonds this year. She is the best! Merry Christmas to all. I hope your wishes came true. Thanks, Dave
