August 26th looking great!

I had my Carpal Tunnel surgery done about 10 years ago now. It was a great feeling once the thing was sorted out. No repercussions from it now But I think I wouldn't be able to play a guitar my hand isn't that nimble, but it is nice to be able to sort different coins out in my pocket where before it was done I couldn't do much at all as I had not gone to the doctors and put it off for over 5 years. I struggled because I didn't like the idea of being awake when they done it, but when I had it done I thought I was an idiot as it wasn't that bad. The surgeon said it was one of the worst he had done, that was because I left it so long. Then I got Trigger finger on the same hand, had that done whilst I was awake, piece of cake. Nothing to worry about. It's just I just don't like the first injections. I have a needle phobia, I have passed out once in the past. 🤔 I even passed out once when I was with my brother in law when he was having a blood test and they couldn't find a vein.

Struth ! I'd rather not show you my war wounds. Best kept under wraps. 😉

Doing fine now with no tingling or numbness anymore. Highly recommend it if you’re experiencing this type of condition.

Hang in there Ronald! The only lifting you need to do now, other than a glass of Scotch, is strip balsa and basswood! 😉

PS Ref Nerve block: I find that a damn good vintage single malt helps in that respect. Recommend Jura 'Superstition' 😋😋

Take care Ron. Had that done to my left hand years ago. Right has been diagnosed with that now but at my age I don't want any downtime. Get well quickly.
