   The original weighed in at something over 47.000 tons and she managed to float for a number of years 😉

   Lovely looking model. A few more pictures would be appreciated if you have them. I am considering adding RC to the Trumpeter Hood at 1.2M long.😊

   First thing to do would be to check for obvious cracks / holes, then float her and load to the waterline to find out what she can carry as equipment plus ballast.

   I remember something very similar operated buy the RN based on narrowboat hulls around 50 or 60 foot long. I have memories of these attending Lincoln Water Festival on the Brayford Pool in the centre of Lincoln in the late 70's too.

   It must have been back in the '70's I remember seeing a fleet of model warships that could be sat in and operated. There was a frigate. an aircraft carrier and a submarine. I saw them at a waterways rally on a canal somewhere but don't know the location of their home dockyard. Then there are the ones used in the Scarborough battle re-enactments.

   Get in and drive her yourself!😀
   Seriously though!
   Looking forward to seeing how you equip her, not to mention how you launch her!
   Plenty of scope for special functions and pyrotechnics in a hull that size.👍
